Do you use genuine Apple parts? +
I use OEM-grade or high-quality certified aftermarket parts, depending on the repair and your preference. Genuine Apple parts are available on request at an adjusted price. All parts come with the same 6-month warranty.
Will my data be safe? +
Absolutely. All three repairs (screen, battery, charging port) are hardware-only — your data is never accessed or erased. That said, I always recommend a quick iCloud backup before any repair as good practice.
What if my iPhone needs a different repair? +
Get in touch and describe the issue — I can advise whether it’s something I can fix on-site or recommend the best next step. Camera repairs, speaker issues, and water damage assessments are available on request.
How long does each repair take? +
Most repairs take between 30 and 60 minutes on-site. Screen replacements usually take around 45 minutes. Battery swaps are typically 30 minutes. Charging port repairs are around 45–60 minutes depending on the model.
